00:45 No clue who this is, but GREAT signal into Charles Town WV

00:53 now gone quiet?

00:55 It looks like they just went back on, but slid up into Radio Free Whatever on 6955 USB

01:00 15db over S9 in Charles Town WV.  Great sound as well, but 2 different programs at once is sometimes less than ideal.

Intermittent voice, too weak to understand it.

Update: 00:37  sounds like a conversation, but not english.  i don't think it's a broadcast.  Thought it might be at first.
