What it says on the tin.  Repeats "WLO" in Morse followed by four long tones.  Signal is booming loud and clear, but strongest on 8421 rather than 8420.

Other / "Beacon" on 4545khz?
« on: February 19, 2012, 0539 UTC »
Does anybody else hear a strong, pulsing beacon between 4540 and 4550 khz?  I don't scan this band often so it may be something normal that I just don't recognize.  Been hearing it pretty steady since I first tuned this frequency around 0520u.
