0115 station ID

Nice signal in little bit of storm noise with little fading but big audio when clear like now with Black Sabbath!

2
2334 station ID

Big, clear signal, no fading. The whole house is enjoying this show. Great program!

General Radio Discussion / Re: Poll: Favorite albums

Not fair, but if I were headed to Gilligan's Island tonight and could only take the first ten recently played albums under one arm and a tube amp under the other...these would still be among my favorite.

Alan White - Ramshackled
David Gilmour
Ronnie Wood - Now Look
Patrick Moraz - Out In the Sun
Stomu Yamashta - Go Too
The Who - By Numbers
Tommy Bolin - Teaser
Spirit - The 12 Dreams
King Crimson - Thrak
Stanley Clarke - Journey to Love

Nice signal. Station ID at 0100. Rapid fading but clear audio. Great songs!

WPON The Weapon, 6925 usb, 5/11/2012 2344-2359, SINPO 55445, 2344 mx won't get fooled again, 2353 mx the song remains the same, 2358 station ID + the weapon & gunshot fx

Good to hear The Weapon tonight. We only caught the last two songs and ID but the audio was fine until noise picked up at the end. Off air or completely faded at 2359.

In the Early Morning Rain
A Hard Rain Is Gonna Fall

Cool, don't usually get good reception with the SW7600GR but there it is on AM sync. The circuit on that unit stinks for fading and static, otherwise the signal and music sounds great on the K2 USB and 70 feet of wire. SINPO 55445 in SW Ohio.

WTH? This is a fun show!

0204 magic carpet ride/let it ride/magic carpet ride/start me up/magic carpet ride/kodachrome/beast of burden/let it ride/...

55434 into SW Ohio. Signal spot on 6924.9 sounds great tonight. Best I've heard the Captain. Little bit of static from the storms up north don't hurt the program at all.

Tuned to 6950 at 0011 and caught station ID then magic carpet ride. Easy 55445. The Ronin of the Shortwave burnin the clouds away in SW Ohio. Little bit of QRM messin with a great signal. Sound is very good on either sideband.
