There is a carrier about 100 Hz above him. It's getting stronger here.

S9 more or less. Very nice audio quality.

I head this at around 0045. It got to be peaking to S5-6 at best and it sounded like a radio documentary about offshore pirates in the '60s. Much talk about and clips from Radio Nordzee International.

First noticed at about 1100Z about 6770. Carrier appeared for about 10 seconds then stops and restarts immediatley 3 khz higher.
Has contunued and is now at 6930.

Some kind of propagation sounder maybe?

I am using an SDR-IQ from RF Space. It runs just fine on a little. inexpensive Compaq netbook using an 1.6 GHz Atom CPU and XP.

I was dubious considering the sort of audio chipset one would expect in a product like this but it works just fine.

I am limited to sampling 190 kHz at a time but I'm very happy with it.

The SpectraVue interface isn't as fancy as some others I've seen. (Perseus)
