5/30 - 6949 - 6948 kHz?! weather control radio

solid signal here in westchester county, ny - but frequency all over the place.  started just under 6950 - dipped down to just over 6948.  it was mostly just under 6949.  seemed to have lost signal at 0202 - nothing across those frequencies.  but came back up around 0210.  more noise than expected (maybe weather related)?

0150 - blues music
0156 - into another blues song, stepped on w/id "weather control radio" (could have been mistaken as weatherton!)
0200 - into blues, again stepped on w/id - but by
0202 - lost station across 6948-6950 - though it had signed off!
0210 - back on 6948 w/Hendrix
0213 - into lou reed - sweet jane!

6920 kHz - shortwave ghost. coming in strong here in westchester county, ny - but lots of weather related noise mudding up the audio.

0047 into new song, Morrison + doors?
0051 into new song, Creedance tune - strong repetitive bass line, "on the highway..."
0100 id, the "shortwave ghost" into new song ??
0105 into new song, Hendrix
0108 into new song, Bad Company
0113 id, the "shortwaveghost@outlook.com" into new song (female lead) ??

0252 id btwn songs, "let's get on w/it... radio free whatever"
0256 ided previous 2 songs, mention of 3rd anniversary of RFW, banter
0300 played listener request, stepped on song intro, "it's going to be really weird..."

good signal here in new york - but muddy audio.
