Likely that was 2 x 1470.x HJNT Huellas Radio, Cali Colombia - heard this morning at 1030 UTC with impashioned Spanish preacher, confirmed via comparison with the TWR kiwiSDR and their web stream http://www.radios.com.co/huellas/

Heard throughout the evening, finally signing off at 0400Z w/ Tater Patch Radio ID, with an announcement by station engineer/owner John Hart acknowledging they were on 1710 last night because "it was clear" and that they wanted to "do a little bit of skipping". Mentioned they were picked up in Indiana, and would be returning to 1700. Also mentioned they could be picked up online on the WPEX and Tater Patch Radio websites.
