It's a Radio Station from Luis Guillon in Buenos Aires, I know it because I talked with the operator of the station on his first transmission tests. The operator name is Lucas. R Dontri has better recepcion on sdr of Saladillo.

That's a very used frequency by argentinians freebanders, especially the segment between 6070 and 6985kcs. The frequencies up to the alredy mentioned are most used by chileans ... at least here in the southern cone ... I don't know much about the freebanders situation in caribean or Mexico but they are options too... 73!

It is the most probable that they are freebanders, generally Spanish speaking fisherers (from Argentina, Chile, Peru, etc) respect a more little the broadcast segments, the problem is that in the Americas are many spanish speaking countries, so they could be fisherers or just freebanders from the caribbean, and I do not have much information about radio operation on that latitudes. BUT according my conversations with the argentinean freebander the ID is correct. I'm not too sure but is the most possible hypothesis according also with what you describe in the log.

I heard OM transmitting music for call the attention of other 43 meter band AM operators.
Desciption of what I heard: 10 minutes of continuous music, after the ten minute music the operator makes a general call, no one ansewered, a few more minutes of music, then the transmission ceased suddenly.

I remember to heard about a outbander group that use that frequencies in SSB, according to some conversations that I had with one of these operators of the 25 meter band, this transmissions could come from Cordoba province in Argentina, is just an supposition but I should check it for be sure.

It's a pleasure for me to share all the information that I have about fequencies and all relationated with shortwave bands, I must thank you too for share your listenings and knowledge.
On 6995 is also a "non official simplex comms network" used by OWs from the Salta province in Argentina, some of these transmission comes from other provincies in the north of Argentina. Other very interesting frequency is 6955 LSB that is operated by isolated health rural centres in the Salta province in Argentina, sometimes you hear things like: ...man with half of his body paralized, the local priest is carrying him to the hospital in the city... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUkA81W915A .
I got a new RTL SDR on ebay so in few more time I'll be checking these frequencies again

I've noticed the same phenomenon when I hear this phonepatch transmission, I always hear them on the same frequency at the same time, is very rare because duplex systems work in two different frequencies like normal cellphones. However... generally this transmissions comes from isolated argentineana cattle ranches, the distances between farms are so large that the name "villageradio" is not applicable due to the geographical extension that separates these farms. They call it "terrestrial rural radiotelephone service (RRTS)".

that's probably civil defense of chile communications, they use the follow channels: 6951, 6951, 13982 and sometimes 5345 kcs.

THANKS FOR COMMENTING. YOU CAN LISTEN THEM ON 6951 (the main channel) AND SOMETIMES ON 13982 USB MODE (they say channel 6 when they traslade the qso to that frequency). GOOD LUCK RECEIVING THEM. THE YOUTUBE VIDEO IS MINE, IN MY CHANNEL IS ANOTHER RECEPTION OF AN ARGENTINEAN EMERGENCY SERVICE FOR ISOLATED PEOPLE OF SALTA PROVINCE, CHECK IT TOO HEHEHE. 73!
