Ran across this at just a tic past top of the hour. TWR  with Lingala service to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.    Energetic YM with what sounded like a short religious sermon.   TWR only schedules this broadcast from 19:35 - 20:05.
ID @ 20:04 right before 20:05 QRT.

All else same as above except signal vanished instantly and completely @ 15:15 although scheduled thru 15:30.    As of 15:20 still  hasn't returned.
