During an indoor reception at 18.48 UTC, I picked up here in Northern France, Radio Lowland for the first time with a signal strengh of 1/12 LED and a SINPO of 25222. The operator broadcasted U.S. music before the closingdown at 18.55 UTC. Good DX. B.L.
