Great signal yesterday (apologies for the late post) in Japanese  broadcasting via Paochung i, Taiwan targeting the Japanese civilians that were abducted by North Korea  from 1977-1983 .

This is one with such an odd/unique origin I should really try and get a QSL card from them.
