Moved up to 6950 and now WDDR weak S3 signal with noise unable to make out what he said.
0203: Signal is getting slightly better with (The Angels Wanna Wear My) Red Shoes by Elvis Costello.

Music at 0130z. ID at 0035z. SINPO 55344. S9+ via Msi SDR and active miniwhip. Moderate to considerable static crashing at times, but strong modulation is delivering a decent to good copy. Good audio quality as usual.
