Radio Kuwait 17550 kHz 2010 UTC 05 JUL 2019
« on: July 05, 2019, 2052 UTC »
I've been copying this since shortly after it signed on, just happened upon it while scanning the bands. Signal has varied in quality and looked and sounded overmodulated for a bit, but seems pretty clean now. Good signal now as of 2052 UTC. Video at about 2037 UTC:

06 JUL, 2115 UTC: it's back on, but noticing today that it's well off frequency, tuned to 17549.650 on the SDR. I had it on my SDR yesterday, although the video in the comment above shows my IC-7100, but I'm pretty sure it was much more on frequency then. Fair signal at this time, which I recall happening past 2100 yesterday.

Sure was. I have to admit I watched only the Women's World Cup which was terrific. Glad USMNT didn't embarrass themselves at the Gold Cup, but it was pretty easy to predict a victory for Mexico.
