Wow - thanks for entertaining transmission, bit of literary/broadcasting history, and masterpiece of an eQSL  8).  Some applause for the CSR relay.

We need another card to shut out the draught HW ABT URS?
Use Shazam app. to ID songs, listening direct Airspray RTL SDR , Ham It UP Plus connected to 2 V shape long wires  40ft. high with a MFJ 941C Antenna tuner

I am a little unclear about the station name, I don't know what CSR stands for.

Hi Mick - welcome to the board.

So, this appears to be a relay of a Wisconsin Public Radio broadcast some years ago.  No real station name here.  Sometimes one pirate will rebroadcast a named vintage or current pirate.  CSR is Cloudsplitter Radio.  CSR started a couple years ago with many afternoon (east coast time) broadcasts and eQSL cards of the Adirondack region of NY (Cloudsplitter being the high mountains).  Cloudsplitter has been relaying other programs albeit this was a re-broadcast.  Hope this helps.
