I'm hearing Middle Eastern sounding music.
The next song is not, its more like Russian folk.
The next one is a male singer and it sounds Middle Eastern.

On www.short-wave.info, the map says the transmitter is around Ukraine. 

This is enjoyable with my headphones on and the volume down.  It my most interesting catch this morning.

At 1537 UTC, can just barely see a carrier in the waterfall. No audio recovered.
