A little noisy and fading but discernible

1500z News (Lead with EU news)
1505z Sportsworld - A shift of gears I'm guessing, 2 OM's with Extra time coverage of Poland/Switzerland knotted at 1.  Otherwise, it would have been pre-match coverage of Wales/N. Ireland.
1530z End of extra time. News.
1534z Coverage of Penalty Kicks between Poland/Switzerland.
1542z Poland through on PK's 5-4.
1545z pre-match coverage Wales/N. Ireland
1600z Kick off Wales/N. Ireland

1607Z 35543 S5 BBC Sportsworld. Commentary about the games, but not play by play.

11890 kHz
1607Z 15543 S3 // 17640, but pretty deep in the noise.

17830 kHz
1619Z 15543 S3 // 17640. Very weak, but can tell its // 17640.

Getting a noisy copy on 11890. EDIT fine-tuned with the antenna tuner, can hear OM talking, it's not a play by play so this frequency isn't carrying the match.

17640 Started with with match, went to news, then Sportsworld
17830 Might have game now but too much noise to hear.  
11890 Can't pick up signal
I'm thinking halftime restriction like Premier league, they will come back on 1700z
