Heard with what was supposedly a test transmission, as they try to get the station back on the air after an electrical supply outage. SIO 444 here. Abruptly off at 2201.

Copied same in Denver, signal was rough but that was typical if I could raise it that long before sunset anyway. The bands to South America never seem to be open long before sunset, even a "daytime" frequency with as much power as 11780 used to have.
