(For the first 10 minutes of the hour, recordings of various Irish FM stations closing down in the late 1980s.)

1010 UTC -Heartbeat FM. (Dublin) Mentions of 1989 and that they will shutdown in a few months as required by the Wireless Telegraph Act of 1988.
1013 UTC - ID , mention the frequency and into music. Sounds like Ronnie James Dio.
1019 UTC - closing down soon.
1031 - TX off.
