Weak signal on Weston SDR, DJ said this was test transmission, off 1408 UTC, public holiday in UK (except Scotland).

I heard him talking about a test. But what the hell has a public holiday got to do with it???
Are they not allowed to test on a bank holiday weekend.
By the way if you read the NOVA your signals into northwest Ireland where extremely strong and clear, I dont know what your processor is but it sounded really nice.
