WLIS 7000.0 kHz LSB 23:38 UTC 21 OCT 2022

23:38 UTC - UNID with various sound effects, clips and some French voice over. On and off;
23:45 UTC - Our "interval signals" station returns for another broadcast;
00:04 UTC - Various IS loops continue.

ID from Reply #11 (Treehouse SWL): Morse code ID started at 01:39 UTC and is repeating "VVV VVV VVV DE WLIS WLIS WLIS" ("we love interval signals"?)

Last heard: Interval Signal relay by "V V V TESTING" 7000 LSB 2306 UTC 17 OCT 2022

Listening via one of Chris' SDRs in Westminster, MD ...

The station that was playing old shortwave interval signals on 7000 kHz is back tonight. He played Radio Austria's at 0118 UTC; now playing Radio Nederland's at 0132 UTC.

This station goes silent for up to a few minutes in between playing each IS. No ID heard the other night nor tonight so far.

The Morse code ID that started at 0139 UTC and is repeating: "VVV VVV VVV DE WLIS WLIS WLIS." The Morse stopped at 0145 UTC.

Checked back at 0214 UTC and heard an electronic piano-type IS repeated until 0217 UTC. Couldn't ID that one from back in the day.

0228 UTC: RAI Italy's old bird call IS, heard via the Northern Utah SDR. Then at 0232 UTC, RAI's old opening theme and announcement.

0137 OM says to tune to 5050 or 5060 in about 30 minutes, in AM, maybe 50 watts...  S8
