2201: music, like Peruvian or Andean
then YL with "The Voice of XXX", then man mentioning Pennsylvania
hard to make out words due to noise
2204: sounds like a siren, then OM talking
S6, 25222
2205: "Welcome to pirate radio" -> mx and tx; sentences are separated by one or more beeps
Language is sometimes EE and sometimes SS
2209: OM: "Pancho is tired of everybody ..."
2209: "Stuck in the Middle with You" - Stealers Wheel
2212: YL w/ID "The Voice of Pancho Villa" -> Andean type mx
2213: off air

Received on 6935 Lsb, very weak near Berlin, Germany, on modified Kenwood receiver with 40m band dipole.
I let run a  US SDR from MD parallel to compare what I heard on my rx.  Indeed, until c/d 2213 it was the same, but here in Germany just too weak to identify by voice ID.
I°m no qsl hunter, qsl reply not necessary.

6 March 2023  I just played back a recording and found that Pancho was on the air at 2101 when I started listening and signed off at 2103 after QSL information and some music.  In between, Pancho was 35454 in Wyomissing.

A good Fest, I hope that you all were able to attend.
