     Hi Manfredo - unfortunately it was my only listening on this channel, there was no response or repetition of the message within several minutes. Military stations, especially operational ones, usually do not use the same channels again. I will be watching!
 Busy with tuning to a clear voice, I didn't manage to make a recording or screen, and the transmission ended after a minute. The signal was very strong and stable. The flat characteristics visible on the waterfall and the sound of the voice indicate digital scrambling of the audio, which is why I had trouble understanding it.
 The signal was definitely coming from Europe, perhaps from the Kaliningrad district or from a ship in the Baltic. Last week they conducted military exercises there, but I did not notice increased activity on HF.
