Captain Morgain 6925.20u 7/6/9 04:21 sio131 couldn't hear much, but repeated Twilight Zone IDs at 04:22 were easy to make out

Heard in Vancouver @ 0428.

Great sounding audio but poor signal strength. Marine QRM clobbered in at 0433.
