I would bet this was Radio True North, judging by the bandwidth and audio

6924.68, S6-S7 audio seems weak, but with good fidelity as usual

Music stopped, then carrier dropped out at 03:02

Very weak here on the SDR recording, pretty much just a carrier, with a lot of QRM from pescadores on the LSB.
