Talk format at 1220z. SINPO 45443 trending 45442. Airspy HF+D and 148' loop-on-ground. LSB ECSS tuning due to UTE above. Not a great copy considering the carrier strength, but listenable.

Voice of Martyrs originates from Uzbekistan. Reportedly 100KW.
