M Ru has been talking for over half an hour ID Czużoj Voronezh,Troika ,Inkasator,  Sachar and other
It's "kolektive" channel 3150v AM S9+40 with strong second harmonic on 6300v S9+20
I often see this robbery around 6300  >:(

I often listen to this frequency in Western Siberia in the evening. In my QTH there are more adequate people at this frequency than at 7050..7060 kHz
