Info from the VHFDX email chain, good group of 25-30 MHz and VHF low band DXers (as well as other bands, including 22m interest).  Given the amount of data traffic on 27.255 MHz and the other RCRS frequencies, I wanted to share this with the HFU forums so this link is archived
