Tuned in at 2247 on Brookfield WI sdr with fair S9 signal, at 2248 RFW ID, soft rap tune sung by woman, off at 2338, nice music, thanks.

MI -- South Central Lower Michigan with a 25 m randomwire and a LOT of local noise!
or
MI2 -- the tip of Michigan's Thumb with a 100 metre longwire and much quieter conditions.  Radios can be either an SPR-4 or IC-R71A or SDRplay
