S6 Carrier, fading to S4, on W2RJO SDR Poland, NY.
On other SDR's around eastern NA also.

0115 UTC No modulation detected yet.
0118 Carrier off.
0123 Carrier on.
0135 Carrier off. Weak pesky LSB on 6939.
0144 Carrier on, peaks up to S7 on W2RJO SDR.
0155 off. Utility transmission according to Shortwave_Listener. Thanks for the info.

Tuned in at 0130 on Brookfield WI sdr with S9-S9+20 signal but no audio, no modulation of any kind, carrier off at 0134.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.
