Saturday is HLR:
06 - 09 UTC on 7265 KHz
09 - 12 UTC on 6190 KHz
12 - 16 UTC on 7265 KHz

Sunday is MVBR and HLR:
08 - 09 UTC, MVBR on 7265 KHz
09 - 10 UTC, MVBR on 9485 KHz
11 - 13 UTC, HLR    on 9485 KHz
