Started out weak, but quickly improved to S6 and decent copy.

"My Last Affair" @ 0052z
French song @ 0054z

frequent 'sit down and shut up' by announcer. (quoting Gov. Christie from yesterday)
0057 - gave an ID @ WHVW in Hyde Park.   (WHVW is an AMBC station in Hyde Park, NY).  (Gave a NY phone number earlier)
"No Help Wanted" by Hank Thompson @ 0110

Doesn't seem to be a live re-broadcast. Gave the time as 25 minutes past 4 o'clock @ 0121UTC.
Mention of 'the shortwavers out there' @ 0128

The WHVW website has a section about the Pirate Joe Show, so maybe this is a re-broadcast of one of those.... or a new broadcast from Pirate Joe.

0140 - You're listening to the Pirate Joe Country Music Show ..[garbled] and extravagonzo.  Then another mention of shortwave.

After refmo posted the WHVW information I tuned 950 AM and it did seem that the music was very similar but I was listening through at least one other station on 950 so not 100% sure.
Totally lost the station at 0058 but others were still hearing it.

Quite weak here on the SDR recording. Had about the first 15 or 20 minutes of it, then it faded out.

This was likely a spur from WBCQ.  From Wikipedia -- In July of 2013, WHVW began broadcasting two hours of programming per week on shortwave station WBCQ,
