Faint signal. Right above the noise floor, so using a narrow filter and active DSP here. Sounded like talk about antennas and wattage for awhile, plus I think a mention of Undercover Radio. Now talking about an Icom and wire antenna.

Caught it here also with a S7 signal and good audio talking about their 22nd Anniversary, reading emails and ID at 0149. Thanks for the show PRB, been a while since I have heard you. ;D
