Same here. But definitely not a SA signal, appears to be coming from Europe.

Nothing here yet either…….in London, Ontario
I believe it was supposed to be from EUROPE for this transmission…..
From another list I'm on ….Horatio Nigro in Uruguay says he has them weakly via the Utwente SDR……which I believe is in Europe.

UPDATE from European DXers….

Weak but audible from C. Germany on 6238 - very strong from N. Sweden (both
Perseus sites) w/ man ancr @ 0219, into Andean mx at 19.5. Recording from C.
Germany site where SINPO is 25432. Not sure where they are bcsting from but
I would guess Scandinavia…

I would imagine Gino-Italy is hearing these guys!! You out there Davide??

Well…I think it's pretty hopeless from here…Thought I had some imaginery level music….but sure can't do much with this ……

Well, if so they should have started an hour or two earlier AND mentioned on their web site this was a Euroland relay. :)

Have had visual carrier here since 0200z s/on w/3 brief bits of audio...

No wonder my EU beverage was the only antenna that brought the carrier up visually  :-\

Most of the time was only a weak carrier here. But I have observed very good peak from 03.14 till 03.24 UTC with SINPO up to 44433, despite local EMI noise.
