Sounds like bass-heavy dance music.  Storms rolling into area making copy nearly impossible.

Heard here on the SDR recording, starting at 0407z, after the previous UNID went QRT.
"Man Of Constant Sorrow" at 0414, off at 0416.
Back on at 0419.
Liquid Radio ID at 0424.
Off at 0432.
