1406 - first noticing activity on frequency
           music barely at threshold level, improving

Real Time below
1414 - Kaw Liga
1415 - sounded like a 3 letter ID
1415 - Lawyers, Guns and Money - Warren Zevon
1417 - into a rock tune
1420 - baby or child laughing
1420 - gone - QRT
.......
1425 - SSTV - may be same pirate ? - anyone get these ?
1427 - SSTV done
1431 - SSTV again
1433 - SSTV done

SDR recording catch. 1408 sign on with Stevie Ray Vaughan "Tightrope".

I could faintly hear SSTV at the times others mentioned, but it was too weak to decode, even manually triggering the start.
