S5 signal, unfortunately that wideband UTE is covering 6960-6980, so there is a lot of QRM, and it is very difficult to copy.

I went back and listened to the SDR recording. I heard guitar music which sounded like what CPRRS uses, then heard their ID by a YL at 2243 followed by sign off.
