Just tuned in @ 2250 and hearing what sounds like man giving some sort of sing-song speech? to a large crowd.  Signal is bit weak and band is very noisy.
Woman singer @ 2253.  
Maybe replay of an earlier Moonlight Radio broadcast?
Clear ID and contact info @ 2308 as Moonlight Radio.
