not sure if its the same thing but im only getting some foreign language singing at 6933 LSB
256z - looks like it was a "pesky" party going on at 6933 LSB, now that it stopped, i can hear the 6930 USB OM speaking numbers
259z - "peskies" playing music/whistling again on 6933 LSB completely obliterating the USB of 6930, "pesky" music sounds turkish

Quite well heard in Victoria, BC until 03:05 UTC with same alpha-numeric sequences, and "out".  Wonder whether he'll be back.  Caught him after VOA Radiogram on 5745.  Was there an ID for Ride of the Valkyries?   Walt

This is a station some of the people hear have been logging for the past couple of weeks. Format is an electronic, maybe 8-bit version of the Ride of the Valkyries melody followed by OM reading alphanumeric ASCII in hex. Basically someone is doing a pseudo numbers station, so no other ID is given.

BTW, RotV and #s being heard simultaneously on 6950ish USB, also near the floor.  The audio does not sound like it is in sync with the tx on 6930 USB.
