Pee Wee Radio 6925 AM 0141, 5.16.16
« on: May 16, 2016, 0144 UTC »
Talk too vague to make out, atmospheric music.

0152 "All along the Watchtower"

few other songs, blues (Pee Wee's favorite), 0206 off.

S6, just above the static floor.  Improved to S7 and fair for about the last 5 minutes.

Got the "Pee Wee" CW from the recording - didn't hear it the first time.  Thanks to the other folks here.

Back on 6925U 0210 with "Setting sun" then playing with the speed of songs played earlier including "All along the watchtower."  Few words about radio which faded out and off at 0219.

Hearing music under the heavy noise here at 0145 UTC, but can't make out what it is
0151 UTC Barely able to make out "All Along the Watchtower"...
0200 UTC "All Along the Watchtower"-Jimi Hendrix (again, but this time the signal is better! :))
0202 UTC "Setting Sun"-Blucas  8) (CW at 0205 UTC)
0206 UTC OFF
0211 UTC "Back up this time in USB"...signal punching through the noise quite nicely now!
0216 UTC "All Along the Watchtower"-Jimi Hendrix (This time at warp speed :D)

Hearing faint music, not well enough to make out what it is. Fades completely out of reception at times.
0152 "All Along the Watchtower" Hendrix. Signal improving.
0159 "All Along the Watchtower" again.
0201 UNID blues song (too lazy to shazam) but somehow it reminds me of what "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" on quaaludes would sound like. EDIT - I'm starting to think that that's exactly what this is - Shine On slowed way down.
0207 suddenly off

At 0146utc hear talking & sound effects under low noise level, cant understand a word, now slow spacey music. R2000 & dipole.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

S7 and very distorted audio.
Sounded like some audio from the 'Salad Fingers' film series.
0151 into "All Along the Watchtower" by Hendrix
0156 - "Chase" by Giorgio Moroder [Shazam'd].  Peaking S9 now, and seems like less distortion.
0159 - "All Along the Watchtower" again...
0205 - CW ID

0205- CW ID
0207- off.
0210- back on 6925 USB now with the bluesy rock tune  S6-7

Hendrix heard at 0200 utc, then suddenly into another song. Clear music and signal hitting +20 over but a good bit of noise to work around too. Thanks for the show and Santana sounding song.

Started off weak here on the SDR recording, SIO 222 or so. But up to 433 or even 444 by the end of the AM transmission. And certainly SIO 444 for the USB.
