0204 UTC Hearing some weak music. Signal is at threshold, but definitely some kind of music(sounded almost like a music box but not sure about that...the T-storm static is making for tough copy)
0207 UTC Not hearing anything now....hmmm
0211 UTC Something still there but too buried in the noise....thanks whoever you are!

Started out with AM, but was not getting audio here.  Switched to USB and hearing music down in the noise.
Most of the audio seems to be up around 2khz, not much if any bottom end (if I am tuned correctly).
0215 - still there, but can't make out the tune.

0240 - 6960 - hearing music but the audio quality makes it difficult to id the songs.  Now into siren type sound.
0304 - moved to 6965 to avoid peskie QRM.  still hearing weak music but can't id the songs.
0338 - finally able to make out a song.  "One of Us" by Joan Osbourne
0356 - a bit of "Piano Man".  S2 to S3 with S5 static crashes.  Then into "Russians" by Sting.

According to the chatroom, this is Union City Radio.

0217: Off the air. Could hear the music but was not moving my S meter at all. Unable to I.D. any of the songs that were played unfortunately.

He is trying 6960 AM/USB now

I heard a little bit of this for a little while, just enough to know something was there.

Per chat, UCR will try 6960 USB at 0230z.

0230 Back on at 6960 USB. About as faint now as it was before, maybe a little stronger.
0245 Finally got enough of a signal to fine tune the BFO and recognize Led Zeppelin's "Going to California"
0303 Frequency change, now on 6965 USB

Masked in the noise, so far even Noise Reduction can't fully recover it...

Once I got the beam pointed the right way the signal was about S7 or so here in the Mojave Desert.
