Sounds like a relay of CNN news coverage of the 58th Presidential Inauguration.

S7 signal locally, S5-S6 signal on the Ohio and Pennsylvania remote SDRs.  Nothing heard on the more southern SDRs (Virginia, Florida, etc).

Audio cut out, followed by CWID "TRUMP ALERT NETWORK" at 1350 UTC, then more ads.  

Off at 1720 UTC

1350 - CW ID "Trump Alert Network" 2 or 3X
          I am a multitasker - I can get coffee and copy CW at
          the same time, and in that order! :)
