Back on topic lol. What are they doing, just pinging the ionosphere with a carrier or is there some modulation? Haaaaarp slapped the ionosphere with all sorts of modulation, mixing it together via various freqs to the point they could get v/uhf results our of that thing. Old Bernie Eastlund would be proud.
