Logging this a few hours after the fact, but found it remarkable that I could copy that station at that time. They were playing jazz with an OM announcer speaking Spanish between songs. Eibi says that this doesn't sign on until 0000 UTC, and I didn't hear a clear ID before I had to tune away, but the programming and style was telltale. Also remarkable because it was more than an hour before sunset here.

Listening again as I post this at 0219, and signal is not nearly as strong as it was earlier this afternoon.
