Caught TWR India via Tashkent, with music and talking in Hindi, then a transition with music at 0115 UTC into presumed Dzonkha (that's what is listed on short-wave.info for Wednesdays). At 0129 UTC, a female voice made some sort of announcement, there was a short interval-style tune and then signoff at 0130 UTC.

The signal was weak to fair with slightly muted audio against a moderate noise floor; SINPO 24332. But overall, fair reception considering the signal’s not aimed anywhere toward here.

and again 25 Nov 18 on 9445 at 22:27 UTC with chanting music to 22:29 when O/M gave future frequency schedules, Station ID and QRT @ 22:30.
