All transmissions received in Denver, CO, USA using an SDRplay RSP2pro and a W6LVP active loop antenna on the dates, times and frequencies noted.

FINALLY NEW NUMBERS AND FILES after nearly 2 1/2 months' worth of repeated messages. There were issues during the first half hour, with mostly unmodulated carrier interrupted by occasional snippets of RHC and false starts of the numbers in which both old sets and new were heard, but by 1629 (when the second half usually gets underway) it was operating normally.

19/01/2019       So far, I've not been able to log anything. I was out during the 1600-1800z transmissions (usually not a problem since I can tune in later), however the 2100 and 2200 transmissions were both almost a full kHz below their normal frequencies of 16180 and 17480, and varied between unmodulated carrier and the voice saying "uno uno uno uno" repeatedly until interrupted by a Windows error message. As of 0620z, the 0500 and 0600 transmissions on 20 JAN (the later part of the "HM01 day") have had only unmodulated carrier when I've checked.

20/01/2019        At I write this, there has only been the 1600 and 1700 transmissions featuring only unmodulated carriers, no broadcasts yet. Will have to keep checking back. EDIT: I checked into every broadcast through 0700 UTC 21 JAN, still only open carriers with no broadcasts.

After several days' worth of troubled transmissions where either "uno uno uno uno uno" or nothing but an unmodulated carrier was transmitted at every scheduled time and frequency, going back to 18 JAN when other observers reported it as early as the 1500 UTC / 11530 broadcast, we have updated numbers and number sets. We shall soon see whether or not HM01 will proceed with advancing final numerals and individually changing sets and files, or if this is just going to be the transmission we will hear every single day for weeks or months to come.

HM01 seems to be having problems today 18 January.  I caught them at 1600z sending the most recent traffic, but at later schedules they were only transmitting a carrier with no audio.  Checked again at 2100z and 2130z on 11635 and had an S9 carrier but no modulation.

Thanks Ary, that matches my observations which have been throughout the day, all hours from 1600z to 0700z. Today (1/21) there are new number groups being transmitted, which I'll have updated shortly.

Carrier is up for 10715 AM, but nothing heard. Probably equipment issues or it might be affected from the tornado that made landfall in Cuba last night
