« on: November 04, 2011, 0012 UTC »
Very strong signal SINPO 54555 (S9+)

2359 (3 NOV 2011) - "Romeo Sierra Oscar Seven" repeated 3 times
0000 (4 NOV 2011) - ID "Radio Strange Outpost Seven" (female announcer)
0001 - unintelligible message given by male announcer - audio very weak compared to female
0002 - another message
0004 - ID given again by female followed by "Transmission 001 complete" then off air

New one by me - and it is strange. Please QSL !

caught a minute of weak music at 0002 (instrumental, martial?), then cw, "H-S-O-7", once (I flunked my ham test cause of cw, but I reviewed the audio file a dozen times, and I am pretty sure it is an H), then " ___ ___ Oscar Seven" twice by woman, then one line uncopiable and off

25342

QSL would be appreciated

Cherrs, Terry

Caught this one as well. Love the 1910's novelty-band interstitching music between cycles!
An S2 on my pl-660 with a wire out the window (hey the power has been out for 6 days-do what you gotta!). The male voice was also lost in the noise here in Reading, PA. A digital QSL would be awesome here as well!

I heard RSO7 again at 2359z. Started off strong, then the signal quickly took a dive. Carrier off at 0004 it seems.
