07 OCT 2019, 1430 UTC, 5290 kHz: Repeat of 03 and 05 OCT per usual V24 protocol, but the reception was much better today at "soy sauce" Kiwi SDR in Chiba, Japan, SIO 555 though another station was audible while the carrier was unmodulated and even during the numbers portion. Carrier stayed on much later after end of message though, til 1440:56z. The other station ceased being heard, so my guess is that it was another station in Seoul mixing with V24. (For those who don't know, the suspected transmitter site for V24 is in one of Seoul's northside suburbs.) Carrier was detectable at home QTH in Denver, a first for me for such a low V24 frequency this far ahead of the days when these broadcasts coincide with dawn in Colorado. Will see if 6310, which I haven't tried to copy this month, is audible tomorrow at 1530z.
