6925 USB, just barely audible here in N. Central Texas between 2000-2030 UTC, bits of Halloween themed programming, "Jeepers Creepers", theme from "Halloween" movie, distorted voice, other sound fx, etc.  Fair signal, especially considering I rarely hear anything this time of day.
