Just signed on with strong signal oldies rock but modulation problems, almost sounds like jammer.

0002 Weak signal eventually coming up enough to tell it was music, then an ID through the static, "Momma told me not to come," fade during talk, then back up near the end of "Did you happen to see the most beautiful girl in the world."  That's how it's been since  - long fades and brief periods of adequate audio.

Below the static floor to S4 at best.
