9410 KHZ @ 14:45 UTC in Korean.   Younger male host interviewing older male until 14:53 with a short woodwind musical bridge to 14:55 when YM returned with a scripted announcement until 15:00 canned ID / QRT "This is the Voice of America, Washington DC, signing off".  Tolerable signal for mid-morning.
