Is this a regular broadcast?
I would have thought by now, given the blanket censorship of the issue, that the European continent would have several stations dedicated to alternative views of the pandemic.

Surely not a regular broadcast. No need to replace the existing channels, the pandemic does not destroy the power lines and standard broadcast stations.
Not even a message to boats and airplanes, it would have been in USB.
In March 2020 there were alternative crisis broadcasts on SW by Italian pirate stations. Not talking much, mainly a new name and music in the sad news mood of that time.
